PVC Winter Concerts as follows: Monday 12/14/2015 = PVC IN-SCHOOL Winter Concert (Set-up for this will take place first thing in morning when custodians arrive). Schedule is TBD. Set-up will REMAIN for the evening concert being held the following night. IF we need to use 12/16 as a snowdate, then the set-up will remain thru the evening of 12/16/2015.

Tuesday 12/15/2015 = PVC EVENING Winter Concert at 7:00 P.M.

Wednesday 12/16/2015 = PVC Evening Concert SNOWDATE IF NEEDED - at 7:00 P.M.

This affects building use. The 2nd Floor gym, cafeteria, Stage, Music Rooms 109 and 209, Cafeteria and Room 206 are all being used for the Concerts. Parking as well.
