PVC PTA Book Fair week of May 9th-13th in the 3rd floor gym. Katie Gesue 271-6025 completed bldg use form. Set up will remain ALL week. Approved by Barbara. If raining, students will remain in cafe during recess. The 3rd flr gym will NOT be available for other activities after school/evening that week.   13 Rectangular Tables are Needed. Stacy

Book Fair will take place Monday 5/6 - Friday 5/13 as follows:

Friday, 5/6 = 4-7 p.m. (SET UP ONLY)

Monday, 5/9 = 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Tuesday, 5/10 = 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Wednesday, 5/11 = 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Thursday 5/12 = 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Friday 5/13 = 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
