Set up 4 sets of tables w/10 chairs, or 5 sets of tables w/8 chairs, & table in back & podium in front.  Chromecart, laptop, projection & sound. Flip chart/markers. Coffee setup w/breakfast bars for 25.  More people will join for lunch.  Lunch provided for 35.  Water, plates, napkins, plasticware for 35.
