Coordinators = Rachel Bonilla & Carrie Beja (Student Council) Dances: 5th/6th grades = 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. 7th/8th Grades = 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. I spoke with Tracey Borges, she made necessary changes in Tandem (holy name basketball to possibly use 3rd floor gym instead for this evening due to dances).

Rachel would like to use the 3rd floor gym instead. 

I spoke with Tracey. She will move CYO back to 2nd floor gym. Dances will be in 3rd floor gym.

 

1/2/18 - Sally Barnes will also have a fundraiser during the dances... Bake Sale (table/s will be needed). Thanks!

1/8/18 - Rachel said the dances now need to be in the cafeteria. Also, dance times are 6- 7:30 and 8 - 9:30 p.m. so I updated in Tandem today as well.

I asked Rachel to speak with Peg Kniser regarding setting up since Childrenspace uses Cafeteria until 6p.m.
