PVC - Town Hall Meeting with 8th Graders and CHHS Students

This is requested by Jessica Butts.

Items Needed:--

10 Tables

110 Chairs

Laptop./Projector

Microphone / Speaker

Barbara and Michael are aware of the time of this... this is being held during 8th grade lunch, setup could cause conflict with 7th grade recess, but Michael said the 7th graders could remain this day in the cafeteria if needed. 

Won't effect 5th/6th grade recess as they could use the 2nd floor gym.
