PVC Back To School Nights (Monday 9/24/18 AND Wed. 10/4/18)   BTSN will NOT conflict with Childrenspace as they are done at 6 and BTSN begins at 6:15 p.m. I blocked all out beginning at 3 for set up and preparing. - Stacy

PTA / SEPTA will need tables and chairs in main lobby.

Coffee, Tea and Refreshments to be set up. (i have to check as to who will be supplying the refreshments).

For set up of Gyms, please see Michael Plotkin. Thank you. Rob and Liz -- Michael would like same set up for 10/3 as was for 9/24 back to school night.

ADD: For Wednesday - October 3rd Back to School Night -- 3rd Floor Gym will need Laptop, Projector, Microphone and Speaker set up please. Eric Schmidt said he also spoke with Liz P today (10/2).

Entire building booked for each back to school night (and parking will be tight). - Croton Police should be notified for parking.

Lighting needed outside as well.
