This will NOT conflict with Childrenspace in the Cafeteria since the concert does not start until 7p.m. (Childrenspace is done at 6p.m.)
As per Lisa Dwyer, Items needed please -- Stands, Chairs, Stage Extensions, Risers, Microphones for Stands, Student Desk for Programs.
Concert Date is Tuesday - December 18th, 2018.
SNOWDATE is Wednesday December 19th, 2018 IF NEEDED.
Restrooms need to be open please

IN SCHOOL Concert to be held DURING THE SCHOOL DAY on Dec. 18th so the set up will remain all day thru the evening concert. Thank you.
