Friday Night Stripes Event at PVC (Coordinated by PVC PTA , Katie Gesue).
5th/6th grade = 6 - 7:30 p.m.
7th / 8th grade = 8 - 9:30 p.m.
$10 admission / Food and Drink will be available for Purchase I've informed Tracey, Amy, Rob.
Amy is aware and has informed coaches that the gyms are unavailable at PVC this date.. Tracey does not have any outside groups scheduled this date.
I will check about Childrenspace and DI.. event does not start until 6p.m. but SETUP will begin at dismissal. - Stacy
2/25 = Michael said DI can remain as is... if there's any issue he will relocate them on Friday if needed. Also, I notified Peg Kniser today for Childrenspace so they have a heads up for any set up that may happen prior to 6p.m. for the event while they are in the cafeteria for childrenspace.
