PVC - PTA Book Fair May 13th - May 17th (PVC 3rd floor gym)

I spoke with John/Amy - they will check CHHS for self defense class to be held there instead for the one date (may 15th).

Tracey = No conflicts with outside group use.

***The PVC PTA book fair will be set up in the 3rd floor gym from after school on friday, May 10th thru and including Friday May 17th at approximately 4p.m. when they break down book fair.  Thank you, Stacy ***

5/13 = Bookfair open 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

5/14 = bookfair open 7 a.m. - 4p..m.

5/15 = bookfair open 7 a.m. -  9 p.m.

5 /16 = bookfair open 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

5/17 = Bookfair open 7 a.m. - 4p.m.

Katie has requested 13 Rectangular Tables, 1 Power Strip, 1 Extension Cord, and 3 Chairs.
