PVC - Back to School Night for Grades 5 and 6

Breakdown

Notes

Parking will be tight. Croton Police Dept has been notified of each back to school night.( I spoke with Sgt. Daddio - Stacy)

Lighting will be needed for outside as well. Thank you.

A Table will also be needed for Stacy Vlad for Croton Rec. (michael approved).

Erica and Ali and Dawn are using room 209 for presentation. - They need the TV for the presentation to hook up to the laptop.

Back to School Night for Grades 5 & 6. Please check with MP for Setup and needed items.

Teachers will be using classrooms (applicable grade for the eveing as well as specials Teachers)

5 Tables (3 for PTA) and 8 chairs needed in the main lobby for PTA/SEPTA as in the past. Coffee/Tea set up.

One table/ two chairs for Destination Imagination (Ms. Gardos)

Please set up Coffee/Tea. PTA will bring refreshments. (Michele Portnoy)
