PVC - NYSSMA Evaluations March 2021

Sara O'Brien (914-522-6983) made this building use request in January 2020 for March 2021 NYSSMA Evaluations.

They will be using the Photocopiers, Chairs, Stands and Tables.

Friday March 19th is 3 to 10 p.m. / Saturday March 20th is 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.

They will be using all of PVC (Except they will NOT be using the 4th floor).

Teacher from other districts will be attending.

Approx 60 adults / 900 children

Children pay $16.

Snack Food will be in the Cafeteria

Sara will be able to receive the certificate of insurance from NYSSMA in September 2020.
