IN SCHOOL Concert to be held DURING THE SCHOOL DAY on Dec. 18th so the set up will remain all day thru the evening concert. Thank you.

Set up will begin on Monday December 17th. Thank you!

Please note -- WEDNESDAY - 12/19/18 ONLY IF NEEDED FOR SNOWDATE!!!!

• This will NOT conflict with Childrenspace in the Cafeteria since the concert does not start until 7p.m. (Childrenspace is done at 6p.m.)


• As per Lisa Dwyer, Items needed please -- Stands, Chairs, Stage Extensions, Risers, Microphones for Stands, Student Desk for Programs.


• Concert Date is Tuesday - December 18th, 2018.


• SNOWDATE is Wednesday December 19th, 2018 IF NEEDED.

Please note: When space allows, set up will begin at 2:30 p.m. (Greg Antash arrives at 2:30).

Peg Kniser also works with Childrenspace.

If athletic program is using the PVC Field, then Childrenspace will use the blacktop area outside instead, as they have in previous years. 

After school program runs each school day from 3- 6p.m.

Our back to school nights are 9/19 and 9/27, but officially begin at 6:15 p.m. so there isn't a conflict with the cafeteria. set up for back to school night can still occur. Thank you.

Drama Club Advisor = Dan Large

(This Club takes a break during Spring Musical Rehearsals)

This is for Grades 5 and 6.

This does NOT conflict with the Dec concert date as drama club ends at 3:45 p.m.

NO set up is needed.

As per Dan - he spoke with Michael Katzman and it is okay with him to use the room.
